Calaumid® 1200 (PA 12 G) is manufactured by an activated anion reaction. Finished and semi-finished parts are produced in pressureless casting process from laurinlactam. This process makes it possible to produce a material with high molecular weight, optimum crystallinity and very low internal stress.

Calaumid®1200 is distinctive by its significantly low moisture absorbtion, superion dimentional stability coupled with high strength even at low temperatures and an excellent chemical resistance.

Calaumid®1200 is the ideal long-term solution for bushings, bearings, rollers and wheels subjected to high loads and wear, coupled with a need for dimentional stability particularty when in direct contact with water

Calaumid® 1200-Fe has been specially developed for drive elements which must involve high torque values. The knurled metal core is completely covered with low viscosity melted mass. A uniform and tightly adhering bonding exists between core and casting, assuring an optimal and reliable power transfer.

PA 6 & PA 66 are extruded and commonly used under 50mm dia for large repetition work.

PA 6 G – Produced by the monomer casting process for even better strength and abrasion/wear resistance while having a low specific weight for improved balance and reduction of vibration. Also has very good sliding properties and good damping capacity for the reduction of vibrations and noise.

A modification of PA 6 G especially designed for sliding applications through the addition of oil, solid lubricants and stabilizers. Has excellent sliding properties, exceptional wear resistance, lower moisture absorption and better dimensional stability.

Steel-C Profiles are cold-rolled and corrosion resistant. All corner tracks are available in segments of 30°, 45°, 60° and 90° with special designs available on request. Our self-adhesive slit tape is resistant to all current acids and aggressive materials. Our scrolls are manufactured from 1000 grade UHMWPE (Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene) and can be tailor-made to your requirements. Our Sprocket wheels and idler wheels come in a range of different sizes and can be machined with grooves to suit individual applications.

X-Lube® is the registered trade name for our range of injection moulded bushes. There are over 500 sizes to choose from, available in flanged and plain, metric and imperial.

The standard material is black MoS2 nylon (self lubricating) but other materials are available on request.

They are produced in special quick change tooling developed by our company which means that we can produce additional tooling for specific requirements quickly and cost effectively – please ask if you have special requirements or would like a quote.

PET offers outstanding sliding properties with very good wear resistance and is an excellent material for high-duty sliding applications. This applies also in applications where high humidity or dampness is expected.

PET-GL adds a special homogeneously distributed solid lubricant for further improvements in sliding properties and wear resistance.

Can be used in general mechanical, automotive, precision, electrical and communication engineering.
